Circus Steve - Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once the date, time, venue and party details have been agreed in writing (email or message). No deposit is required to secure your date.

Payment

Payment is due on the day of the show.

You can choose to pay:

  • By bank transfer (to be completed before the show begins), or
  • In cash immediately after the show.

Bank details will be provided in advance for your convenience.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • In the unlikely event that Circus Steve needs to cancel due to illness or emergency, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of any payments made.

Party Packs & Extras

Any party packs, gifts or additional items must be ordered in advance. Once ordered and prepared, these items are non-refundable.

Space & Setup

Please ensure there is adequate space for the show and safe access to the performance area. Circus Steve will arrive in good time to set up and ensure everything runs smoothly.
