If you complete the Contact Form on my website I will collect and hold basic personal details about you including:

• Your telephone number
• Your Child's name and age

I will use this information solely for the purpose of fulfilling your proposed booking with me and to communicate with you about the booking.

If you proceed to booking a Childrens Party with me, your child's name and age will be referenced during the performance.

l not share your personal date with any other third party.

What rights you have over your data

You have a right to request a copy of all the personal information I hold about you in a subject access request. To do this simply contact me at steve@4ten.co.uk and request a copy of your information. I will take reasonable steps to confirm your identity before providing you with details of any personal information I hold about you.
